The markup on Mils depends on each Affiliate. Affiliates markup the rates, we provide the lowest pricing from ALL suppliers.

1 mil = 1/10 of a penny ( 10 mils = 1 penny )
Example your price is .05 kWh and you decide to offer .06 kWh - This would be a 10 mil markup.
